TouchstoneFMS today releases a case study demonstrating its work with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
PHSO is a free and independent service set up by Parliament. Its role is to investigate complaints that individuals have been treated unfairly or have received poor service from government departments, other public organisations and the NHS in England.
PHSO chose TouchstoneFMS to replace its finance system and implement improved reporting and a document delivery solution.
The result is that PHSO has been able to work more efficiently and provide a platform for the future.
